Remember that according to the regulations of the Royal Spanish Cycling Federation (RFEC), foreign participants holding a cycling license not issued by the RFEC, must have a written certificate from their national cycling federation that certifies that their insurance is valid to race in Spain. This document must be shown to the Commissaires in order to collect the race number. This does not apply to UCI Teams.
